Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and confidently
  • Guide potential students and customers through our services, courses, and offerings
  • Pitch products and services effectively over calls to generate interest and conversions
  • Resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and clarity
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system
  • Respond to customer queries via calls and messages in a timely manner
  • Follow up with leads and existing users to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Build positive customer relationships that strengthen trust in the brand

  • Confidence in speaking with customers and explaining services over calls

The selected candidates will be required to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, under rotational shifts as mentioned below:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
