Key Responsibilities

• Define the AI roadmap and long-term vision aligned with business goals
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing AI/ML team
• Design, train, and optimize ML/DL models across NLP, CV, and recommendation systems
• Develop and deploy custom LLMs, fine-tuned transformers, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Lead the development of AI-backed features powered by LLMs, diffusion models, and multi-modal architectures
• Rapidly prototype AI tools such as chatbots, copilots, content generators, etc.
• Build reusable AI infrastructure across multiple products
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI product development
• Strong background in generative AI (LLMs, transformers, diffusion models)
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, HuggingFace, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and model serving
• Bonus: Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, or Sora
• Startup experience or hacker mindset preferred
