• Must have a good learning attitude as the field of operations (Market of Janakpur) is very dynamic and different.
• Must be able to develop strategies to thrive in the competitive market utilizing the existing resources.
• Must be smart and used to the professional practices and culture.
• Fluent in Nepali and English. Moderate understanding and communicating skill in Hindi.
• Must have a commanding personality
• Computer skills is a must
• Must coordinate with the Directors and other stakeholders as per requirement.

• Education: At least bachelor pass in the concerned field and preferably above.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of hospitality for managerial responsibilities.

● 8 hours of work shift.
+ Separate room for accommodation in the shared staff quarter.
+ 3 meals (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner)
