Junior / Mid/ Senior Level 
Working Hours: 7AM to 4PM

• Lead the development of complex, high-quality front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable front-end codebases with a focus on performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
• Establish front-end development standards, workflows, and testing strategies.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to web standards.
• Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and accessibility compliance (WCAG).
• Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and trends and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.

• Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep experience with at least one major front-end framework/library such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong skills in state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, NgRx, etc.).
• Extensive experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutions.
• Expertise in building responsive, mobile-first, and accessible web applications.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Babel, Vite).
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Proven ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities.
