• Answering a multi-line phone system and greeting and directing guests, as well as staff and students.
• Responding to complaints, service issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate.
• Filing, mail distribution and use of a computer usually are necessary.

• Candidate is expected to have good communication skills, good interpersonal relation and ability to word under pressure
• Candidate having basic accounting knowledge is preferred
