• Handle phone calls and transfer calls to respective personnel
• Ensure proper maintenance of visitors, calls and maintenance logbook
• Ensure all leads are properly created in the system and purpose of lead
• Understand visitors’ query/concerns and direct them to appropriate authority
• Transfer sales related queries to sales department
• Handle maintenance queries and relay them to sales department
• Follow up regarding maintenance status and close maintenance within 24 hours
• Stay updated on the products/solution knowledge of the company and brief initial queries regarding products to customers
• Issue Job cards (for maintenance, in house and out house support), and ensure proper filing of job cards
   

• Daily newspaper maintenance
• Ensure front desk area is properly managed and is presentable
• Maintain a professional and calm demeanor at all times
• Guest relations to be maintained
• Double-check the outgoing products 
• Dispatch goods and update and follow up clients
• Collect goods during
• Office proper maintenance – lighting, internet, office amenities
• Extension updates, internet, light, water, restroom, kitchen, Hygiene
• Cross role of Jr. Sales Officer for Upgrade and company smooth operation.
