Job Description

Key Responsibilities

The ESG Associate will support the delivery of ESG advisory services and capacity development programs, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting in ESG assessments, reporting processes, and advisory engagements
  • Supporting ESG and climate-related data collection, analysis, and documentation
  • Contributing to carbon footprint measurement, emissions reporting, and climate action planning
  • Conducting research on ESG frameworks, standards, and emerging global trends
  • Preparing technical reports, presentations, and communication materials
  • Supporting the development of ESG tools, training modules, and capacity-building programs
  • Coordinating with clients, partners, and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
Job Specification

Required Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Sustainability, or a related discipline
  • 0-1 year of relevant professional experience (sustainability, environment, climate change, research, or consulting preferred)
  • Demonstrated interest in developing ESG competencies, particularly in environmental sustainability and climate reporting
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of ESG framework, Business and Human Rights, climate change, or carbon accounting (preferred)
