Regular field visit for lead generation and Sales.
Build a strong and cordial relationship with our distribution network and our sales officers/managers for lead generation.
Maintain a very professional and cordial relationship with all the staff from all the concerned departments.
Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues
overtime.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources.
Manage complex contract negotiations.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to HOD.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Achieve monthly sales target and/or channel goals as assigned by management.
Build long-term relationships with clients and customers.
Report the daily functions and/or achievements to the concerned supervisor.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Others as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or Master’s degree with 1 year of experience in the related field.
Experience in enterprise sales is highly preferred.
Must have strong knowledge of products.
Must have strong communications skills (verbal and written) and a strong drive to help customers with creative solutions.
Strong presentation skill is required, both in-person and via teleconference or video conference.
Must be flexible to travel all over Nepal at times and/or to travel frequently in the designated area.
Proficient in using MS Office Package.
Must have bike and a valid license.
