Job Description

Job Description:
 Identify and acquire new BFI customers for enterprise connectivity and ICT solutions.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers of banks, financial
institutions, insurance companies, microfinance institutions, and cooperatives.
 Generate and manage sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue and acquisition
targets.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic
accounts.
 Coordinate with technical and solution teams for proposal preparation and solution
designing.
 Ensure timely follow-up for contract signing and service delivery.
 Maintain regular updates of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting reports in
CRM/reporting systems.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements within the BFI
segment.
 Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service implementation and
customer satisfaction.
 Support customer retention and account growth initiatives.

Job Specification

Job Specification:
 Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Information Management, Business
Administration, or related field.
 Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, preferably in ISP, telecom, ICТ,
banking solution sales, or technology sector.
 Experience handling BFI clients will be highly preferred.
 Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 Good understanding of enterprise sales processes and account management.
 Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
 Must have two - wheelers and a valid license.
