- Design conversation flows, role-play scenarios, and practical speaking activities that match user proficiency levels.
- Ensure all learning content aligns with appropriate grammar, vocabulary, and learning objectives defined by the platform.
2. Mentor & Moderator Management
- Recruit, train, and onboard qualified mentors across different learner levels.
- Monitor live sessions regularly and provide constructive performance feedback to maintain high-quality mentoring.
- Develop and update SOPs, training guides, and conduct workshops to support mentor skill development.
3. Quality Assurance & Session Review
- Review session or summaries to evaluate quality, user engagement, and learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular check-ins with learners and mentors to gather actionable feedback and insights.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend continuous improvements to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure that all sessions maintain standards of quality, safety, and learner engagement .
4. Coordination & Planning
- Work closely with product and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of content into the platform.
- Make sure all live sessions are planned, scheduled, and updated accurately inside the system.
- Maintain a clear calendar of learning activities and oversee smooth session execution and logistics.
