Role Overview:

The Email Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns to generate leads, while coordinating closely with the sales team. This position requires excellent communication, organization, and a strong team ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research potential clients and compile their contact information category-wise in a shared database.Coordinate with the Business Development Manager to ensure email campaigns align with sales strategies.
• Report weekly on email campaign performance, including open and closed client inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Sequence-wise records must be kept in a shared database.
• Regularly update campaign data and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and continue follow-ups.
• Ensure punctuality in meeting deadlines and adaptability to frequent changes in the Scope of Work.
• Exhibit a team-player attitude by supporting colleagues and contributing to team goals.

Working Hours:

• Saturday to Wednesday: 10:45 AM to 7:45 PM (Including Break Time)
• Thursday: 10:45 AM to 3:45 PM

Holidays:

• As notified by official memo
• Dashain: 3 days
• Diwali: 2 days
