• Manage Daily Operations of the ecommerce platform: Oversee daily activities on the Woo Commerce platform, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues promptly.
• Website Updates (Product Details, Product Pictures & Promotion Updates, etc.): Maintain and update the website plugins, with new products, prices, promotions, and other relevant content to keep it current and engaging.
• Develop Materials and Create Content for website : Collaborate with the marketing team to create appropriate materials and make landing pages for campaigns, ensure quality pictures in the right dimensions are being displayed. 
• Implement Online Sales Strategy and Traffic Optimization: execute effective strategies to drive online sales and optimize website traffic in coordination with marketing team 
• Prepare Traffic, online-sales, and Stock Reports: Generate regular reports on online-sales, website traffic, and inventory to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Work Closely with Various Internal and External Partners: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless ecommerce operations and effective marketing campaigns.
• Ad Hoc Projects as Required: Assist with other projects and tasks as needed to support the overall ecommerce strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science 
• Experience: Proven 3-4 years experience in managing eCommerce platforms, particularly WooCommerce.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and online sales strategies.
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in SEO and SEM

Technical Skills: 

• Familiarity with WooCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, and other relevant eCommerce tools and platforms. 
• Basic user skill of Photoshop
