Job Description
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, gif animations) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Ensure constant flow of content on various digital touch points including email new letters, blogs etc. that a consumer interact with everyday
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/ metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Facebook, etc., and other digital touchpoints to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
  • Offer creative ideas for content marketing and website content.
  • Identify digital advertising needs and stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
Job Specification
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • At least 1-2 yrs. of experience in the related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and SEM practices, etc.,
  • Experience in using market research and survey tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
