Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising digital campaigns across all digital channels to drive brand visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display, YouTube, etc.) and optimise for performance.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, and website analytics to improve organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Lead social media marketing (content calendar, growth strategies, and platform management).
  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and CRM integration.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and agencies for digital creatives and assets.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and others.
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and actionable insights to management.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Display, Retargeting, and Affiliate marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like:
  • Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Google Analytics (including GA4), Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • HubSpot / Mail chimp / Zoho or similar marketing platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of customer journeys, sales funnels, and digital conversion strategies.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with WordPress or e-commerce CMS (Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or UX principles.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation and content generation.
