Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Content Oversight
• You will coordinate with our video agency for video content creation for marketing campaigns, social media and
online platforms.
• You will keep track of what is popular and trend in online to make sure our content stays interesting.
• You will handle the boosting of our posts and videos to make sure they reach as many people as possible.
• You will also create and post video reels yourself to keep our social media active and engaging.
2. Team Management
• You will lead and manage our door-to-door (D2D) marketing staff to make sure they are working effectively.
• You will handle the uniforms, ID cards, and brochures for the D2D team to ensure they have everything they
need.
• You will write a report every month to show the team's progress and what has been achieved.
3. Sales & Lead Generation
• You will use digital marketing strategiesto find and attract high-quality leads for the business.
• You will talk to customers on social media and answer their questions to help turn them into buyers.
• You will keep all digital information about our products, such astile stickers, updated and accurate
• You will perform basic editing to manage our brand’s look, including placing logos and designing stickers.4.Reporting & Performance:
• You will track our digital ads and lead generation every day to make sure they are successful.
• At the end of every month, you will provide a report that shows work progress, team performance, and total
sales.
5.Business Development:
• Work closely with sales agents.
• Conduct market studies to analyze competitors and industry trends.
• Lead brand development to strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility in the market.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and content strategy.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage a small team and coordinate with external agencies.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding ofsocial media algorithms, boosting/ads management, and
marketing funnels.
Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently and take initiative during the 3-month probation period.
