Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and generate new business leads across target segments (Banks, Enterprises,
Government, etc.).
Maintain and regularly update a structured client and prospect database.
Conduct regular meetings with existing clients and new prospects to drive business
closure.
Convert leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and outbound efforts into qualified
opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service.
Coordinate internally to resolve client issues and improve retention.
3. Solutioning & Technical Coordination
Work closely with the technical/solutioning team to design optimal Data Center and
Cloud solutions.
Understand client requirements and translate them into scalable, cost-effective
solutions.
Ensure seamless coordination during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
4. Contracts & Documentation
Prepare, review, and update Service Level Agreements (SLAS) for new and existing
clients.
Lead preparation and timely submission of tenders, bids, and proposals.
Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and client expectations.
5. Marketing & Brand Support
Manage and post Data Center/Cloud-related content (e.g., Datalaya) on LinkedIn
weekly.
Support marketing initiatives by ensuring proper follow-up of generated leads.
Contribute insights from the field to strengthen go-to-market strategies.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Provide periodic reports on:
Revenue generated
Sales pipeline status
Expenses incurred during the sales cycle
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports for management review.
7. After-Sales Service Coordination
Ensure proper handover to operations/technical teams post-closure.
Monitor service delivery and client satisfaction post-implementation.
Act as a bridge between client and internal teams for ongoing support.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
2-3 years of experience in IT/Cloud/Data Center sales
Experience handling enterprise or B2B clients
Familiarity with Nepal market (Banks, Enterprises, Government sector preferred)
