Enter and update vehicle details including model, VIN/chassis number, color, pricing, and stock status.
Maintain sales-related records such as customer inquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and delivery status.
Record and monitor spare parts inventory, including inward/outward movement and stock balance.
Enter service job card details and update vehicle service history and warranty claims.
Prepare and update Daily Sales Reports (DSR), stock reports, and other MIS reports required by management.
Assist in preparing delivery documents including tax invoices, gate passes, GRN, and customer files.
Enter purchase invoices, expense details, and other administrative records into the system.
Organize, scan, and maintain documents in a structured digital filing system.
Coordinate with sales, service, finance, and marketing teams for data verification and updates.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of all records and documentation.
Minimum +2 (Intermediate) completed; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Basic experience in data entry or administrative roles (experience in automobile sector is an advantage).
Familiarity with computers, office equipment, and standard data entry processes.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel (SUM, COUNT, FILTER, VLOOKUP preferred).
Basic understanding of inventory, billing, and documentation formats (invoice, delivery note, purchase order, etc.).
Ability to handle CRM systems or spreadsheet-based data management.
