Update customers regularly on shipment status and ensure timely delivery information.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and client interactions in the system.
Coordinate effectively with overseas agents and local service providers for smooth operations.
Prepare basic reports and documentation using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Support the team in administrative and operational tasks during office hours.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to handle clients politely and efficiently.
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
