Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Handle Queries and complaints that may relate to the product, or order processing & delivery process.
Collect, compile, pack, and dispatch orders. Help the team with the order fulfillment when needed.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (including text, images, videos, and other media) across all social media platforms, ensuring content is on-brand and visually appealing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Job Specification
Calm-tempered, well-spoken, and respectful towards the diverse team members and customers.
Must be fluent in English and Nepali language and should have good writing skills (proper grammar and spelling).
Must have social media knowledge (good in Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok).
Strong time management skill and customer service skills.
Candidates with a scooter and a valid license will be preferred.
