Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage customer orders in SAP / ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely order entry
* Verify order details including product specifications, pricing, delivery timelines, and customer information
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability
* Maintain accurate customer data and order records within ERP systems
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service efficiency and process accuracy
* Ensure compliance with company policies, service agreements, and documentation standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
* 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Operations roles
* Hands-on experience using SAP, ERP, or similar enterprise order management systems
* Experience supporting or handling international customers is an advantage

* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Good understanding of order management and customer service processes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
