Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively offer solutions and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, finance) to meet client expectations
• Monitor client accounts to ensure timely service delivery and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare reports on account status, client feedback, and service improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed company goals
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Follow up call for payments by coordinating with finance department

• +2 Completed or Bachelor's Degree with good communications skills
• Must have knowledge of Ms-excel ,PowerPoint and Email writing.
• Must be familiar with the software
