Job Description
- To achieve sales targets as required by the company for the area allotted in the Dealers/ Sub-dealers segments for wellness bathroom products like whirlpool bathtub, spa tub, steam shower cabins, shower columns, steam generator, home swimming pools etc.
- To promote our sanitary ware, Bathroom fittings and faucets in the assigned area.
- To build up and develop close relationship with the existing dealers / sub-dealers. Good at Dealer networking.
- To appoint new dealers / sub-dealers in the unrepresented market. Visiting potential customers for new business and developing and maintaining relationships.
- To ensure secondary sales generation to support existing / new dealers / sub-dealers.
- To estimate segment wise, size wise market share analysis of assigned region and report the same.
- To maintain a detailed database of dealers and sub-dealers.
- To ensure proper marketing activities such as Dealers, Architects & Plumber meets.
- To report competitor's activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures.
- To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.
- To implement new marketing strategies introduced by the management from time to time. Develop and maintain a detailed sales and support plan for the development of brand.
- Maintain consistent contact with customers to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Job Specification
- Candidate with experience in promoting Premium/Luxury brand of Bathroom accessories, ceramics, luxury homes & lifestyle products of International repute through Architects, Interior Designer, Consultants, Builders & Contractors would be highly desirable.
- Incumbent should be smart, articulate, with good communication skills, strong initiative and having own conveyance.
- Industry: Ceramics / Sanitary ware/ Building materials/Interior Furnishing
- Paints industry can be considered as well
- Salary will be in INR ( From 70k to 100k max)
