• Providing professional and quality counselling and enrolling students for various study abroad destinations 
• Interpret and explain college and university policies and procedures, academic information, application and VISA process to the students during counselling sessions 
• Identify options for students to satisfy degree requirements; evaluate and make recommendations in the institution abroad for preferred program of study and assist students in completion of admission process 
• Responsible for completing all the process from enrollment till VISA including applications, GTE, interview preparation and VISA lodgment in coordination with documentation and GTE team
• Maintain proper records of the students. their pipeline status and regular follow up 
• Record maintenance on the daily basis for timely reporting to the immediate supervisor/ HOD 
• Supporting centers and sub-agents in the study abroad processing as and when required
• Coordinate with the academic department to ensure the status of the currently enrolled students in various programs for the further process of counselling
• Develop relationship with the universities, institutes, both existing and new, to capitalize the mutual interest of recruitment and revenue 
• Visit academic and other related institutions for promotional activities as and when required
• Referring students for test preparation classes and test registration services
• Working closely with the marketing department to promote destinations and study abroad by providing information about education system, institutions and other information related to study abroad
• Conducting marketing campaigns, events and sessions focused on destinations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor (or above) qualification, most preferably from foreign university
• 2 years counselling experience in the education industry for the destinations: Australia, NZ, US, UK, Canada or others
• Candidate with multi-destination expertise are encouraged to apply
• Certification from professional association like PIER, AIRC and British Council
• Should be a salesperson
• Strong knowledge of destination and education systems 
• Fluent in English - written and verbal 
• Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable
