Job Description

Working Hours: 6AM to 2PM

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to the appropriate recipients
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Specification
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
