Job Description:
1. Contract Lifecycle Management
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with providers.
- Ensure contract terms are in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain an organized digital storage of all contracts and associated documents.
- Extract key terms (e.g. incentive rates, payment timelines, termination clauses) and track performance against these terms.
2. Monitoring and Compliance
- Track critical dates (e.g. contract start/end, renewal periods, payment deadlines).
- Initiate and coordinate the contract renewal or renegotiation process proactively.
- Ensure that contract deliverables, such as student targets, event commitments, or financial thresholds, are communicated in timely manner.
- Ensure that contracts align with partner expectations, legal requirements, and organizational goals.
3. Invoicing and Payment Tracking
- Initiate the invoicing process in a timely manner based on contractual terms.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely settlement by partners or institutions.
- Maintain a structured log of pending and cleared payments.
- Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile invoices and ensure revenue recognition.
