Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics, and written copy) for social media, website, emails, and ad campaigns.
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics.
• Plan and direct outdoor photoshoots and behind-the-scenes content.
• Collaborate with ambassadors, influencers, and customers to generate authentic UGC (user-generated content) that aligns with our travel, food, and adventure niche..
• Record voiceovers to accompany videos, adding personality and storytelling elements.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Travel to various destinations to capture on-site content.
• Manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Participate in photoshoots and video campaigns, capturing behind-the-scenes content and other engaging clips.

Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong portfolio showcasing content for lifestyle or fashion brands (bonus points for outdoor or activewear brands).
• Proven experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and short-form video creation.
• Solid skills in photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
• A natural storyteller with a passion for the outdoors and sustainability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience in writing product descriptions, blog content, or email copy.
