Job Description
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware faults in desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices.
  • Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
  • Assemble, configure, and test new computer systems according to company specifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repair and maintenance activities.
  • Manage inventory of hardware parts and tools effectively.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users on hardware-related matters.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies during hardware handling and repair.
  • Set up and manage LAN, WAN, and MAN networks, including server networking.
  • Create VLANs and manage IP distribution.
