The Cloud Specialist (Microsoft) will be responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments. The role involves managing cloud infrastructure, implementing Azure networking solutions, and supporting DevOps automation processes. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cloud Operations

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments

• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance

2. Network & Infrastructure

• Implement Azure networking solutions

• Maintain secure cloud connectivity and stable environments

3. Automation & DevOps

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Automate deployment processes and infrastructure management

4. Strategic Development

• Support development of new cloud-based services and solutions

• Provide recommendations on cloud strategy and technology improvements

5. Security & Performance

• Ensure security, efficiency, and compliance of cloud environments

• Diagnose and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues

6. Collaboration

• Provide technical guidance to internal teams

• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective cloud solutions

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Cloud technologies

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration

• Experience with Microsoft Azure deployment and management

• Knowledge of Azure networking and infrastructure

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
