What You’ll Do:

• Actively develop business opportunities by understanding client needs and identifying growth potential.
• Proactively respond to client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill them.
• Work closely with clients to understand challenges and develop effective strategies.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Establish new and innovative delivery methods to exceed client expectations.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs, performance, and client feedback.
• Ensure proper documentation of all client communications, contracts, and approvals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in client servicing, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex campaigns and multiple clients.
• Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills.
