Major Job Descriptions:

1. Strategic Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis and oversee Sister concerns of Group.     

2.Reporting and Compliance: Income statement, Balanced sheet, shareholder reports, Tax filling,

   and regulatory submission, ensure compliance with local laws.

3. Fund and Risk Management

4. Leadership and Oversight: Lead financé and account team and human resource operation

    within the department

5. Operation Efficiency: Analyze operation to identify areas for further improvement or process

    improvement.

Job Specifications:

1. 5 to 7Years of experience in managerial role, preferably in manufacturing company.                

2. Ability to interpret complex financial data, make strategic decision, Solution-oriented mindset

    with the ability to lead and foster a healthy and safe work environment.             

3. Proven working experience with business stakeholders, banking institutions, and investors
