Requirements

Education

Experience

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling

• Provide expert guidance on Canadian provinces, colleges/universities, and programs such as Diploma, PG, and Masters.
• Counsel students regarding study options and career pathways in Canada.

Admissions Management

• Review academic documents and assess student eligibility for SDS and non-SDS categories.
• Handle applications through different college/university portals.

Documentation & Compliance

• Support students in preparing financial documents, Statements of Purpose (SOP), and visa lodgment files according to IRCC guidelines.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with Canadian visa requirements.

Target Achievement

• Convert walk-in inquiries and digital leads into successful enrollments.
• Achieve monthly and intake-wise counseling and conversion targets.

Visa Interview Preparation

• Conduct mock interview sessions.
• Train students on effectively explaining their “intent to study” during visa interviews.

Market Awareness

• Stay updated with Canadian immigration policies, PGWP rules, and provincial requirements.
• Share updated information with students and the internal team.

Branding & Content Creation

• Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content and educational videos.
• Build trust within the student community by sharing authentic and updated information.
