Shift: 8AM to 8PM (2 Shift)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our digital marketing team. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with service inquiries, and provide support for marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce digital marketing services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Record client information and feedback accurately in the system.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to schedule meetings or follow-ups.
Meet daily and weekly call targets and maintain performance standards.
Requirements:
Minimum +2 completed (Bachelor’s preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in call center or customer service is an added advantage.
