Job Description
  • Conduct Internal & external audit as per QA manager Plan.
  • Standards comply as per QCOM, Local & FSMS
  • Food safety Quality & legal compliance.
  • Managing competitor's beer for sensory and physiochemical analysis monthly.
  • External analysis of RM, wort, Beer, water, wastewater etc as per Local, COM, QCOM, FSMS requirements with annual sampling plan data review.
  • Conduct Traceability & Mock recall as per FSMS plan.
  • Conduct store (RM), brewhouse and beer process area audit.
  • Ensure basic PRP (18) of Food safety requirements as per ISO TS 22002-1:2009
  • Compliance audit & sensory audit as per COM requirements.
  • Update & document all as per local, COM & FSMS requirements.
  • Conduct Sensory evaluation as per COM for all RM, intermediate product, water & Beer on daily basis as per plan and do RCA with appropriate Statistical tools for most frequently detected off notes on beer at least monthly basis.
  • Ensure Pest control activity co-ordination and analysis of pest data on monthly basis
  • Training to downline employee as per QCOM, COM and Food safety requirements in B&P, WTP, ETP & Chemical lab helper at least 150 hours training cum toolbox talk.
  • Drive & support COM & Excellence foundation with FSMS aspects.
  • Develop new set of Sensory panels as per COM requirements.
  • Train the new & existing Sensory panel as per COM requirements
  • To provide support role in achieving Quality, COM & FSMS KPI target of quality & support function.
  • CCP & OPRP validation as per FSMS & COM requirements.
  • Make sure Sampling plan & external test as per COM.
  • Off note training & Familiarization of off notes as per COM.
  • Support process, Micro & Packaging team for RCA as per Sensory results.
  • Daily Sensory management & report circulation to all stakeholders.
  • Drive Sensory project 7.
  • Conduct HACCP data analysis, reporting as per COM.
  • Complete all jobs assigned by QA head.
  • To support in activities of Carls Ex to achieve the target monthly score
  • To support in TIP activities to achieve the target monthly score
  • To ensure the testing of air, stack emission, noise level and ETP discharge water testing as per frequency
  • To enforce the golden rule compliance to the process during Carlsberg production (brew fermentation, filtration and packaging)
  • To enforce the KAI compliance to the process and audit it.
  • To make VSOP, SOP and OPL as required or when a new SOP is published in the sprint.
  • Documents management & control as per COM & Local requirements
  • As sensory Lead -Identification, development of minimum 06 taster from QA & Process with validation from TVS with 70% result
Job Specification

Education and Experience:

  • Microbiology, Food Technology & Chemistry
  • Minimum 3-5 years quality or production experience, preferably in FMCG or Food industry, with some time at management level.

Language skills:

  • Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in English (preferable)
