Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate clients, tour groups, partnerships)
• Promote and sell travel packages (domestic & international)
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hotels, airlines, and partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Prepare customized travel proposals and quotations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
• Attend networking events, travel expos, and sales meetings
• Maintain client database and follow up on leads
• Handle corporate travel accounts and ensure client satisfaction

Job Specification (JS)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, travel agency, or business development 

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement ability
• Knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and ticketing is an advantage
• Customer relationship management skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
