We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented specialist who is passionate about digital transformation. The role involves leading customers through the entire project lifecycle - from initial needs analysis to implementation, development, and ongoing support. You will work in an international and dynamic environment with a primary focus on Microsoft’s "Cloud First" strategy and the latest SaaS solutions.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Consulting and Analysis: Analyze customer business needs and processes to map requirements and design effective solutions.
• Implementation and Configuration: Design, configure, and implement Business Central solutions that maximize utility and performance.
• Technical Development: Develop customized solutions and extensions using the AL language in Visual Studio Code.
• System Integration: Execute integrations between Business Central and other systems using APIs.
• Cloud Migration: Assist customers in migrating from legacy NAV environments to Business Central SaaS.
• Training and Support: Provide user training and support customers to ensure success after implementation.
• Collaboration: Participate in development projects and collaborate across teams to bridge the gap between traditional operations and new cloud solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Extensive and verifiable experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of core BC modules, such as Finance, Inventory, and Sales/Purchasing.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the AL language, Visual Studio Code, and experience with API integrations.
• Certifications: Microsoft certifications, such as Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or other M365/Azure credentials, are highly preferred.
• Technical Insight: Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and an interest in utilizing Copilot/AI in business solutions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
