Job Description
- Supports headend operations and real-time monitoring of the systems.
- Responsible for maintaining the log of daily channels and supporting troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and complete headend documentation.
- Responsible for maintaining the headend in a clean and orderly manner.
- Support in the testing of the Set-top box and QA.
- Daily reporting to its Team Leaders as per the given form.
Job Specification
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, IT, Electronics and Communication or any related field.
- Basic knowledge of SMS & Billing system, frequency spectrum and the CATV Digital Headend system.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Eager to learn.
