Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brewing Operations
    • Operate brew house equipment including mash tun, lauter tun, brew kettle, pumps, and valves.
    • Execute brewing processes in line with SOPs and production schedules.
    • Ensure proper wort production and transfer to fermentation units.
  2. Process Monitoring & Control
    • Monitor key brewing parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and timing.
    • Ensure consistency in batch quality and adherence to recipes.
    • Identify deviations and report issues promptly to the supervisor.
  3. Cleaning & Sanitation (CIP)
    • Perform Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) for all brew house equipment.
    • Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per food safety and brewery norms.
    • Handle chemicals safely and ensure proper dosing and usage.
 
  1. Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate production logs including batch records and process parameters.
    • Record consumption of raw materials and output data.
    • Submit daily/shift-wise production reports.
  2. Equipment Maintenance Support
    • Conduct routine inspection of brewing equipment.
    • Report mechanical or operational issues to maintenance team.
    • Assist in preventive maintenance and shutdown activities.
