Key Responsibilities
● Brand Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and reach out to promising Nepali brands,
introduce them to Nobho, and guide them through the process of listing their
products.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brands,
serving as their primary point of contact to ensure success on the platform.
● Community Building: Foster a vibrant community of Nepali brands, actively gathering
feedback to improve the platform.
● Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including social media
initiatives and influencer collaborations, to showcase brands and drive traffic.
● Lead Generation: Proactively engage businesses that could be part of the Nobho
network.
● Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends in authentic Nepali products and the
local e-commerce landscape to inform strategy.
Qualifications
● Proven 2 years+ experience in marketing, sales, or community management,
preferably within e-commerce, creative industries, or startups.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
and trust.
● Strong passion for networking, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.
● Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
● Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly.
● Open to candidates from all educational backgrounds, with drive and commitment
valued most.
