Job Description
  • Monitoring television services for all broadcast platforms.
  • Maintain logs & records.
  • Escalate technical issues to concerned unit.
  • Follow-up on the issues with the related units.
  • Check & maintain the channel input sources from Satellite & Fiber.
  • Monitor DTH signal levels.
  • Maintain temperature log sheet and alert if the temperature is raising.
  • Audio level check of each channels & report.
  • Upload EPG on timely manner for relevant platforms.
  • Provide regular update to the supervisor and concerned lead/units.
  • Update the service status and follow-up.
Job Specification
  • Must have +2/Diploma in any faculty.
  • Prior experience of minimum 1 year in the channel/broadcast industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of audiovisual and television platforms.
  • Troubleshooting and computer skill is preferred.
  • Creativity, hardworking, attention to detail, and flexibility.
  • Good communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work off hours on prioritized work.
  • Basic knowledge in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
