Junior / Mid/ Senior Level 
Working Hours: 7AM to 4PM

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for mobile apps.
• Architect database schemas, manage data storage, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to enforce best practices.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Stay current with backend technologies, frameworks, and trends.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and technical discussions.

• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby, Go, or C#.
• Strong experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Expertise with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless computing.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
