1. Application Support (Australia-Focused)
Assist students with university and college applications to institutions in Australia.
Review and verify documents including academic transcripts, financial documents, and Statement of Purpose (SOP).
Ensure accuracy of applications and compliance with institution-specific requirements.
Guide students in interview preparation for institutions and visa-related processes.
Prepare and manage visa documentation, including GS, financials, and other required supporting documents.
Support and oversee the visa lodgement process to ensure timely and successful submissions.
2. Communication & Client Handling
Maintain prompt and professional communication with students, parents, institutions, and other stakeholders.
Follow up on application progress and coordinate offers, COEs, and further steps.
Address inquiries with clarity, patience, and professional customer service.
Bachelor’s degree (running or completed).
6 months to 1 year of experience in Australia admissions or student counseling (preferred).
Basic understanding of Australia’s education system and student visa process.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills to handle student and parent queries.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative team environment.
