Salary: $10 – $15 per hour

We're looking for Audio Recording & Data Collection Specialists to help us build a premium voice dataset for AI training.

What You'll Do

• Host & record in-person meetings (3–6 participants) using Zoom + individual lapel mics
• Cover 3 conversation types: Business General, Business Technical & Non-Business
• Ensure diverse room environments & speaker profiles (50% native / 50% fluent non-native English speakers)
• Deliver synchronized .m4a files + metadata JSON to Azure Blob Storage
• Coordinate participant schedules and manage recording logistics

You're a Great Fit If You

Education & Qualifications:

• 10+2 or equivalent
• Currently pursuing bachelors.

Language Proficiency:

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Native English speaker OR highly fluent non-native English speaker
• Clear, articulate communication with minimal accent interference
• Ability to conduct professional conversations in English

Experience & Skills:

• Hands-on experience with audio recording equipment (lapel mics, microphone arrays)
• Comfortable coordinating and hosting small group meetings
• Detail-oriented with file naming, organization & metadata documentation
• Can maintain consistent speaker identities across multiple sessions
• Familiarity with Zoom recording functionality (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Azure Blob Storage or cloud file management (preferred)
