Job Description
  • Respond to client inquiries and technical issues via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance and guidance.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software-related issues
  • Analyze and identify technical problems reported by clients and provide effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with senior support engineers and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
  • Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and maintenance tasks as required.
