Job Description:

• Should understand and implement QA processes within SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Responsible to design, write and execute test case (Manual & Automation) based on functional & non-functional requirements.
• Perform application testing, including API testing (REST/SOAP) and database validations using SQL queries.
• Use test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, and JUnit to develop and execute scripts.
• Document defects clearly with reproducible steps and follow through the defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration with developers, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior QA team members.

Job Specification:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on QA & Automation
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for regression and smoke testing.
