Able to handle the petty expenses and utilities payment of office operation works
Maintain the stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
Interact with respective supervisor and carries out the necessary task and activities as per the company policies.
Preparing periodic and summary report of petty cash, stock items and office items.
Follow-up with the vendor for purchase bill, verifying the documents and compile necessary documents for adjustments
Have knowledge of lease agreement and the inclusion and requirement for preparing necessary agreement
Able to handle and schedule the vehicle use, monitoring it and prepare necessary travel log sheet
Schedule and organize daily operational work for effective output
Have proper knowledge of Filing, recording and documentation for effective operation of the office.
Prepare and verify the attendance record of required office staffs
Ability to handle and monitor the multiple tasks and track of it
Reviewing, comparing and analyzing the product required for the office and have negotiation skills as well.
Must have the abilities to maintain good relationships with potential client and parties.
Job Specification
1-2 years of experience is preferred in related field
Strong Attention to detail is required
Good analytical skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Computer literate, proficient using Microsoft office package.
Own vehicle and license is must.
