Job Description

Minimum Agreement time period for 1Year
8 Hour full-time Job.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Conduct Job analysis and prepare job description and specifications for new positions
  • Analyze manpower requirement and Recruit and retain qualified staff in all positions in the organization
  • Identify and implement creative recruitment techniques to ensure cost effective and good quality recruitment
  • Develop suitable selection methods to screen in the best suitable candidates
  • Ensure salary & benefits negotiation is conducted professionally
  • Orient the selected candidate on organizational mission/vision, culture and organizational expectations to provide clarity before enrolling
  • Prepare LOI, Appointment letters and other documents and ensure the candidates are committed to join before enrolling them

Onboarding and Exit:

  • Develop suitable onboarding plan for new joiners to ensure proper knowledge transfer is done
  • Ensure feedback sessions is conducted for new joiners
  • Ensure proper arrangement of resources including stationeries, ID card, V. card, email, system login and other resources for the new joiners
  • Orient new joiners on organizational culture, system login, online learning materials and business practice
  • Handle the exit process of employees up to the Full and Final settlement

Performance Management:

  • Develop periodic performance management policy by developing KPA, KRA and KPIs for each designation
  • Ensure employee performance is monitored and proper counselling and training is provided whenever required
  • Link performance management rating to yearly increment/promotion
  • Monitor project based performance of technical staffs and daily performance of all staffs in a regular basis to ensure proper output of employees

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Prepare the monthly payroll and expense sheet of all employees and ensure timely disbursement of salary and expenses
  • Ensure timely enrollment of new joiners in SSF and assist in SSF benefits claim
  • Ensure timely deposition of funds in SSF account for each employee
  • Monitor any other benefits claim of employees

Leave and Attendance Monitoring:

  • Actively monitor employee attendance and leave performance
  • Take necessary actions to non-adherence of such policies
  • Update leave and attendance policy as and when required
  • Ensure approval process is followed and minimize unwanted leave requests

Policy and Documentation:

  • Develop departmental SOP and functional SOP for all HR functions and implement it with full effect within the organization to ensure timely hiring is done
  • Develop and update HR manuals, handbook and organizational policies and communicate it to team and monitor its effective implementation

Operations:

  • Handle employee grievances as and when required to ensure timely solution of such grievances are provided
  • Initiate trainings, session and other engagement activities to increase employee engagement within the organization
  • Monitor the employee morale within the organization and actively seek out disengagement from employees
  • Act as an ambassador of employee branding for the company and develop a good employee culture in the organization
  • Assist in organizational operations to ensure timely completion of projects and performance is maintained
  • Lead the software development and implementation process within the organization
  • Oversee the Ncell and NTC sim cards issuance status as per business requirements and coordinate with NTC and Ncell team for new business requirements.
  • Be updated on labor laws and acts to ensure company is adhering to law of the land
  • Develop strategic HR plans to ensure business operation is supported by the available manpower
  • Suggest management team on better operational process to increase employee morale and performance
     
Job Specification
  • At least Master’s Degree completed
