Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies and annual operating plans.

  • Drive business growth across General Trade, Institutional Sales, and Key Accounts.

  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage RSMs, KAMs, and senior sales managers.

  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, market share, and channel productivity.

  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.

  • Strengthen distributor and key customer partnerships nationwide.

  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for aligned execution.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and reporting systems.

Job Specification

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute (mandatory); MBA preferred.

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Institutional Sales.

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.

  • Fluency in Nepali and Hindi (mandatory); English strongly preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
