Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and reporting systems.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute (mandatory); MBA preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Institutional Sales.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
Fluency in Nepali and Hindi (mandatory); English strongly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
