Job Description

Key Responsibilities

A. Administrative Duties

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

  • Handle official documentation, filing, and record keeping

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination

  • Support HR tasks such as attendance, leave records, and staff coordination

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk coordination

  • Assist management in preparing reports, letters, and presentations

B. Accounts & Finance Duties

  • Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and ledger entries

  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

  • Manage petty cash, expenses, and bank records

  • Assist in VAT, tax, and statutory documentation

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Coordinate with auditors and external accountants

Job Specification

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in admin/accounts role

  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)

  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
