Job Description
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
• Accurately fill out application forms for colleges, universities, and visa lodgment.
• Collect, review, and organize client documents in line with Australian education and visa
requirements.
• Ensure document accuracy and completeness, following internal checklists and
guidelines.
• Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems, including CRM or database tools.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
• Escalate urgent matters to the appropriate staff member
Qualifications and Requirements
• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus
• Fluency in English language
• Familiarity with CRM or call management software
Working Hours: 6 am – 3 pm; Monday to Friday
