Dealer/ Sub dealer/ service franchise/ Technician/ vendor CARE/OSS support.
Support and configuration of issue related with mobile app and website.
Monitor and maintain regular log sheet of various problems related to customer support regarding service and provide appropriate solution.
Coordinate with customer support supervisor/team leads and troubleshoot the problems regarding the service.
Testing various modules of software before implementation on system.
End user software implementation
Testing and QA of various schemes and in-house application before deployment on production environment.
Preparation of work relevant documents needed for the designing of the tasks.

Job Specification
Bachelor degree on computer science or information technology or closely related field.
Experience at least 0-1 year is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skill.
Strong analytical, reporting and documentation skill.
Good at multitasking and undertaking responsibilities.
Able to handover the assigned task on time.
