Job Description
  • Set up, traffic, and maintain video ad campaigns across ad servers and platforms
  • Implement and test VAST / VPAID tags to ensure proper rendering and tracking
  • Troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, tracking, viewability, and discrepancies
  • Work closely with sales, product, and dev teams to support new ad formats and placements
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
  • Generate regular reports on impressions, clicks, completion rates, and revenue
  • Maintain documentation and best practices for ad trafficking and tag implementation

🌟 Nice to have

  • Experience with VPAID / VMAP / OpenRTB
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or browser dev tools for troubleshooting
  • Previous experience in a publisher, network, or adtech platform environment
  • Understanding of brand safety, viewability, and ad verification tools

✅ What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years experience in adtech / ad operations / programmatic advertising
  • Solid understanding of VAST tags (structure, tracking events, error codes)
  • Experience with at least one major ad server / SSP / DSP (e.g., Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, etc.)
  • Familiarity with video advertising (pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll, OTT/CTV a plus)
  • Comfortable working with tags, macros, tracking pixels, and basic debugging
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
